How it works ↓

How to download a video

  1. Copy the link. Open the video on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any supported site and copy the address from the share button or the browser bar.
  2. Paste it and press Enter. The title, channel, length and every available resolution load into a card. Add up to five links this way.
  3. Pick a quality and start. Choose MP4 at the resolution you want, or MP3 for audio only. Each file saves to your device as soon as it is ready.

Which sites can I download from?

Hundreds of them. The ones people paste most often:

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, Twitch, SoundCloud, Douyin and Xiaohongshu.

Not sure about yours? Paste it — an unsupported link fails in a second and tells you why.

Frequently asked questions

Is KKdownload Online free?

Yes. There is no account, no sign-up, and no watermark on anything you download. Nothing is tracked or stored against you.

Do I need to install software or an extension?

No. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. The conversion happens on the server and the finished file is sent straight to your device.

What formats can I download?

MP4 video, up to the highest resolution the source offers — often 1080p or 4K — or MP3 audio extracted from any video or track. You can set the format for the whole batch or per link.

Can I download a whole playlist or channel?

A playlist link is added as a single card showing how many videos it holds, and you decide whether to expand it. To keep the service usable for everyone, it adds the first five videos rather than the entire list.

Why did my link fail?

The usual reasons are content that requires a login, a private or age-restricted video, a region block, a DRM-protected service such as Netflix or Spotify, or a video longer than the two-hour limit. The card tells you which one it was, and offers a retry when retrying can help.

Is downloading videos legal?

This is a tool for personal use — your own uploads, public-domain material, Creative Commons work, or content you have permission to save. Respect copyright and the terms of service of the site you are downloading from.
